Warranty Policy
To ensure that you have no worries when shopping, Heyduy offers a 1-2 year warranty against manufacturing defects on most products. During the warranty period, if the product does not work properly due to a manufacturing defect, we will provide you with free repair or replacement services. Unfortunately, however, the warranty does not cover items that are damaged by accident or intentionally.
The specific warranty period for each product will vary depending on the product type. If a product is covered by Heyduy’s extended warranty, you will see a clear indication on the product page. Please note that although not all products are eligible for the extended warranty, you can still return the product within 30 days of purchase if a manufacturing defect is found.
If you need to return the product under the warranty terms, you can send an email to [email protected] and our customer service team will assist you with the follow-up matters.
Heyduy Lifetime Warranty
Heyduy also offers a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects, regardless of the age of the product. As part of our commitment to the environment, we prioritize repairing products over outright replacement. We strongly recommend that customers properly maintain and clean their products, just like they would their tools. For products that cannot be repaired due to manufacturing defects, we will provide an identical or similar Heyduy product as a replacement.
Any defective product that requires repair must be sent back to Heyduy for inspection and repair. The shipping cost and insurance of the product are borne by the customer. Please note that the Heyduy Lifetime Warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper maintenance, improper cleaning, abnormal use or negligence.
The final judgment on whether a product meets the terms of the lifetime warranty will be interpreted by Heyduy.
