At Heyduy, we want you to love the products you choose as much as we love designing and selecting them. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt. Upon receipt, please inspect the product immediately to see if it is in good condition and notify us of any damage. Proof of purchase is required for a refund. Please note that gift cards (if any) are not returnable and final sale items are not returnable unless the product is damaged or defective.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unaltered, in resalable condition, and in the same condition you received it, with original packaging and tags. You will be responsible for returning the product to our warehouse. Please email [email protected] for product return instructions. Please ensure that all parts (e.g., nails for garden tools, etc.) are included in the returned package.

If the item is not damaged or defective, you will be responsible for all costs of returning the item, including shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund request is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

If you are shipping the item yourself and the item is worth more than $50, it is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance to ensure the safe delivery of the item. Heyduy is not responsible for lost or damaged returned items.
