Free shipping with order over $70

Free standard shipping to most locations worldwide for orders over $70 USD, excluding expedited shipping. We strive to process and ship most in-stock items within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. Our standard shipping and handling charges cover most products, but some heavier or special items may require additional shipping charges.

Please note that free shipping is based on actual purchase amount over $70 USD after discount code. Promotional discounts or coupon codes cannot be applied to previous orders.

We ship most items via certified carriers such as DHL, USPS, FedEx or EMS. If you choose expedited shipping, additional shipping and handling fees will be automatically charged at checkout based on demand.

Shipping Times and Costs

  • Standard Shipping: 7-14 business days; $6.96 for orders under $70 USD.
  • Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days; $12.96 for shipping.

You will be given an estimated delivery date for your order at checkout, which will also be displayed in your order confirmation email. The estimated delivery date includes processing time and takes into account factors such as weekends and holidays. Once the order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the order number. Please make sure your shipping address is correct because we cannot change the shipping address after the goods are shipped.

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, which you can use to track the status of the package at any time. If the tracking information shows that the package has been successfully delivered and you have not received it, we will not be responsible for possible stolen or lost packages, so we recommend that you closely monitor the shipping progress of the package.

International Orders

For orders shipped abroad, additional customs duties, taxes and some other fees may be required, which vary from country to country. Please contact your local customs department for more detailed information.

Heyduy is not responsible for delayed delivery by the carrier. Delivery time may be longer than expected due to weather, natural disasters or other uncontrollable factors. After the order is shipped, we will have no control over the actual delivery time. Severe weather, natural disasters and other circumstances beyond our control occasionally disrupt our services. Once an order leaves our warehouse, we have no control over the timeframe for carrier delivery.

Out of Stock

If an item is out of stock, the estimated shipping date will be displayed on the product page and at checkout. You will not be charged for out of stock items until they are shipped. In some cases (such as if an item is temporarily out of stock or different items have different delivery times), your order may be divided into multiple shipments. If your order contains out of stock items, the shipping date will be displayed on the product page and at checkout. You will be notified by email if the status of the item changes. We will not charge for out of stock items until the item is shipped. If the item you purchased is out of stock after placing an order, we will notify you by email promptly and reserve the right to cancel the out of stock item or ship it in batches.

Changes/Cancellations

Once we receive an order, we will start processing it immediately, so we cannot guarantee that you can change or cancel an order after it is confirmed, including changing the delivery address. However, you can return or exchange items if eligible. If the item is successfully cancelled, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation and no fee will be charged.

Damage/Errors

When signing for the goods, please inspect them for any damage. If the goods are found to be damaged, please inform the delivery staff when signing for them and contact us immediately. Depending on the circumstances, we may exchange the item for you or send a replacement. Please be sure to keep all original packaging and labels. Returns must be approved by our customer service team.

If the wrong item is sent due to our mistake, you can contact us by email. We will send the correct replacement item after receiving the returned item in the original packaging, and we will bear the restocking costs.

Please note that goods purchased from Heyduy are delivered under a transportation contract, and the risk and title are transferred to you after we deliver the goods to the carrier. Heyduy is not responsible for any damage caused during transportation.
